Literature research

Literature research aimed at understanding the notion of social navigation, investigating the similar works done by others and to get verse with the information visualization techniques. Below are the objectives we defined for literature research when we started, we aimed at understanding

  • Social navigation
  • Difference between social navigation and collaborative filtering
  • Current methods employed in social navigation
  • Application domains for social navigation
  • Current visual metaphors used for social navigation
