Education Background

I obtained my PhD degree from School of Computer and Communication Sciences, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne(EPFL) in Human Computer Interaction in 2012. My PhD thesis was supervised by Dr. Pearl Pu Faltings and is entitled “Design and User Perception Issues for Personality-engaged Recommender Systems”.

I obtained my Master degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Fudan Univeristy, China, in 2008. My master project was about the feature-based video stabilization.

I got my Bachelor degree (with the honor of “Excellent Graduate of Shanghai Jiaotong University”) from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, in 2005.
